Very Disappointed only 1 night stay but with relentless issues gave up requesting fixes at midnight
Staff were friendly and welcoming, room was nice, clean, spacious, kitchenette was ok apart from broken fridge.
1. No hot water to take shower or bath 2. Staff did not do their job with maintenance nor provide the services I paid for 3. Fridge did not work 4. Wifi did not work in room 5. After countless requests to fix the issues in my room I was simply ignored once it got to midnight! Already exhausted and completely fed up I had no choice but to accept no hot water to bathe or cold drinks 6. Food was bad 7. Overcharged me and the booking.com 40% loyalty discount was not given was charged way over what I should have paid 8. No towels in room I had to request so I could have a cold shower with at least a towel 9. Parking was not good 10. Staff did not always answer the phone when calling countless times for room facilities to be functional 11. Only 1 pillow for a large double bed. I requested 3 more 12. Served warm drinks (beers) with no working fridge 13. I was ignored after making my booking requesting the price adjustment after an overcharge for my room. I messaged many times provided screenshots and was ignored until I arrived. I am still requesting partial refund so far it has not been given!
